Well this might just seem to be a random picture taken of the streets of Japan which is infamous for vending machines in every street, corner and alley you can find.
But take a closer look and you will find that in fact the latest street fashion is the brainchild of Japanese Designer Aya Tsukioka and is IN the picture itself.
